We currently ship all over India through our trusted third-party courier partners.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
2. Order Processing Time
All confirmed orders are processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
You will receive an email or message confirmation once your order has been shipped.
3. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
Other Locations: 5–8 business days
Please note that delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, courier partner performance, or unforeseen delays such as weather conditions, strikes, or festive rush.
4. Shipping Partners
We ship orders through reliable third-party courier companies such as:
Blue Dart, Delhivery, DTDC, India Post, and others depending on your pin code.
Tracking details will be shared via email or WhatsApp once your order is dispatched.
5. Shipping Charges
Standard shipping charges may apply based on location and order value.
Occasionally, we offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly mentioned on our website or social media.
6. Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address, phone number, and contact details are entered correctly at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays, non-delivery, or loss caused due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
7. Delays or Undelivered Orders
In case of unexpected courier delays or lost shipments:

We will coordinate with the courier partner to resolve the issue promptly.
Refunds or replacements will be handled as per our Refund & Return Policy.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

If you do not receive tracking details within 3 days of placing your order, please contact us.
9. Damaged or Missing Items
If you receive a damaged or incomplete order:
Report the issue to us within 2 days of delivery.
Provide photos/videos of the package and product.
We’ll assist you in replacement or refund as per our Refund & Return Policy.
