Refund & Return Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns or exchanges only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • You must notify us within 2 days of receiving the order.

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

  • You must provide photo or video proof of the damage/issue when requesting a return.

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for used jewelry or accessories once they’ve been worn or handled beyond inspection.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Please note, we cannot accept returns or refunds for:

  • Products purchased during sale or discount offers

  • Customized or personalized jewelry

  • Products damaged due to improper handling or use after delivery

  • Change of mind or customer preference after purchase

3. Process for Return or Replacement

If your product qualifies for a return or replacement:

  1. Contact us at theweddingcart.co.in@gmail.com within 2 days of delivery.

  2. Share your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos/videos of the damaged product.

  3. Once verified, we’ll arrange a return pickup or provide shipping instructions.

  4. After receiving and inspecting the product, we’ll process a replacement or refund as applicable.

4. Refund Timeline

  • Approved refunds will be initiated within 7–10 business days after we receive the returned product.

  • Refunds are made to the original payment method (bank, UPI, or wallet).

  • In some cases, it may take additional time depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (defective or wrong product), we will bear the return shipping cost.

  • If the return is for any other reason, shipping costs are non-refundable, and you may need to cover return shipping.

6. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
