Return & Replacement Policy

At The Wedding Cart, we strive to deliver high-quality products and services for your special occasions. Since many of our offerings are customized and made-to-order, our return and replacement policies are designed accordingly.

1. General Policy

  • Due to the personalized and custom nature of our products, all sales are generally final.

  • Refunds or replacements are only applicable under specific conditions outlined below.

2. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:

  • The product delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • The order is canceled by us due to unforeseen circumstances

  • Duplicate payment made by the customer

Note: Refunds are not applicable for:

  • Change of mind after order confirmation

  • Minor variations in color, design, or finish (as these may occur due to handmade/custom work)

  • Delay caused by third-party logistics or uncontrollable factors

3. Replacement Policy

We offer replacements under the following conditions:

  • Item received is damaged during transit

  • Wrong item delivered

Replacement Process:

  • You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery

  • Share clear images/videos of the product and packaging as proof

  • Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or store credit

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order

  • Once production or customization has begun, cancellations are not allowed

  • Advance payments are non-refundable unless cancellation is approved

5. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds (if any) will be processed within 7–10 business days

  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or bank transfer

  • Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Used or damaged products (not caused during delivery)

  • Items purchased during sale or promotional offers (unless defective)

7. Shipping Responsibility

  • Customers may be required to ship the product back (if applicable)

  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the issue is from our end

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method
